Good place to learn about the food import business.
Cons
Family owned company that is small minded. They will nickel and dime you and not pay you market rate or industry standard compensation, insurance is terrible. Don't count on raises or things getting better Do not sign the non-compete. There is no room for advancement or any growth. If you want experience, stay for a few years, the leave and move on to bigger and better things.
