Very Nice Job - Insurance Agent Remco Insurance Employee Review

I love working at this company. I have worked here for about six years now when all the other companies were laying people off and dropping people's pays and salaries the owner made sure that our pay check did not get dropped. He actually drove to my office from Austin and I believe it's almost a 5 Hour Dr. just to make sure that all of me and my coworkers had sanitizing equipment. He had Scheels up to protect us and even had mask and all kinds of stuff to help protect us during Covid times. From what I heard he actually drove to almost all 100 offices around Texas to drop off equipment because everything was backed up on shipping to make sure that we were safe. This is probably the best job I've had. In my previous jobs I never knew when I was going to get a raise here I know exactly when I'm going to get a raise as they give us goals to hit and when we hit those goals two months in a row we get a raise and a cash bonus which is great. I also have more vacation time than I've ever had anywhere else . I've been with the company for several years so now I had the two weeks baed vacation every six months that's almost one month off every year which is great because I just got to go to Cancun on my last vacation and came back and had time to relax after my vacation. Overall I think this is a great company especially the owner Mr. Rahim Peerbhai is very nice and considerate to all of his employees staff .
