Pros
The company is driven and visionary led by a talented team of leaders. The employees are passionate about permanently improving health science/healthcare for the future. The technology is groundbreaking. The pay is good, and the benefits are great. Work-life balance is also good.
Cons
The company is still pretty new and they are still trying to find their footing. Some things feel a little unorganized and sometimes chaotic, but I have seen great improvements. Although the technology behind the software is amazing, some of the tools and UI are not very user friendly and could be improved to run much smoother.
