      Hours can be flexible most of the time

      Was training another manger making 10+ dollars more an hour than me and having to do two jobs as they were not manager material wanted to be everyone's friend and no persons boss.

      Pros

      Good bonus program, rotating seasons so by the time you're over it with one thing you are doing, a new season starts. Good overtime during the busy season

      Cons

      They close the smaller, older plants and build new ones instead of making repairs to older locations.
