RLS has managed to take all the curriculums and procedures that make up a good education and put it in virtual form. I like working here because you know you make a difference on kids education. What they get in public school is not just enough so RLS is necessary to supplement it.

I miss the personal interaction with parents and kids. It is all done online now! So can feel a bit "lonely" and impersonal.

I work as the special interest coordinator for programs such as young entrepreneurship, junior coders, and more. We work with great teachers and tutors and you are really motivated to produce the best materials. All work is done remotely which is a great plus for me.

Salary could be a bit higher, there's also pressure to produce a lot of material, but otherwise not too bad, mostly happy that I can do all my work remotely.
