Pros

From day one, I was provided with a comprehensive training program that equipped me with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in my role. The focus on both product knowledge and effective sales techniques was invaluable.

Cons

There's occasional challenges, but the training and support provided helped overcome these hurdles effectively.

Pros

- There is nothing basically as you are selling phone service (AT&T) at either Sam’s, Target or Walmart (I was at Sam’s)

Cons

Where do I start - The job description that has been offered on LinkedIn or indeed is a full lie ( There is no growth opportunities as your weekly paycheck depends on how much you sell) - The amount your getting paid is lied to you ( When I got the offer with all the other members I confirmed too that you are being offered base salary + the commission. That is a straight lie and they will this to your face. It is either your getting a base pay of 400 a week that is all or if you sell more than 4) - Also the activation determines your pay check ( One of my friends had 15 sales and the boss who is a 22 year old brat who knows nothing about a leadership and is just trying to take whatever he can from the employees he’s hired because we do not even know how much would be for one sale. He told us all that he made a 2000 dollar pay check and than I found out that he only made 1000 because of these activations) - In the span of 6 months I worked I had 25-30 people quit in front of my eyes because they were lied to.
