Pros

Front line folks are all wonderful, easy to work with, we all got along very well. Perks of massage therapist monthly, Lunches from Company Reps and little fun things HR would pull together. Pays well for the job.

Cons

Direct manager/director to front line staff need to work more closely with staff, has never sat at the desk to do said rating jobs. Unaware of the stress and high volume work the job entails. They have favorites and stick with them when going gets tough. Member Agents are the Platinum customers and Management will do anything for them which leads to animosity between the employee and their assigned Agent(s). This leaves a bad taste in the mouth of those that are struggling and wind up leaving. They are losing great employees due to one bad Manager/Director. Able to work from home only when the office is closed, there is capabilities for better work life balance but employees are not able to utilize working from home. Very strict with sick days, and don't mention Family Leave Act. No room for growth, either you love being an AA or you leave.

First, I'm sorry to be late in replying - someone just brought your comments to my attention. Still, I'd like to thank you for your honest feedback about your experience at Renaissance Alliance. By the date of your review, I see you were with us at a time when were admittedly struggling to get the right team balance of management and employees. We've made several changes since then, which I think address your concerns. Our management team has been realigned so their expertise better matches those they supervise and we’ve added team members with deep desk-level experience. The team has been in place for nearly two years without turnover. You also identify an issue that many smaller companies struggle with: limited management opportunities. While that's true, we're happy to report that several employees have been promoted over the past year and we try to find ways to reward those who bring exceptional value to the job! We're glad you enjoyed supportive team members and some of the fun holiday and milestone celebrations - we still have those. We've also loosened our work-from-home policy although there are still limits. We have 7 sick days per year and most employees seem to like being able to carry over any unused days year-to-year up to a limit of 28. Again, thank you for your comments and for your past work with us. We wish you the best going forward. Your feedback helps us in our commitment to continuous improvement and being a great place to work!
