Great research product to sell, analysts have a lot of opportunity to build a franchise and unlimited opportunity. If you are good they’ll allow u to excel and its a fun place to work.
Cons
Theres no room for mediocrity, if your not on your A game, management knows it, firm is smallish so no dark corners to hide in and coast.
