      Pros

      I like where I work, because it is a quiet place, and have good co-workers. My relationship with residents and staff is wonderful. They always know me by my constant joy with everyone.

      Cons

      my job is to help in any way that the resident needs that my power (bathing, dressing, shaving, combing, giving medicine, scort to dinning room, etc.

      I feel appreciated for the care i provide. My residents are the top priority here at the Renaissance.

      There should be more locations in my region where I'm from.

      Pros

      The guest interaction is my favorite part. The next favorite it leading a great team of professionals that have an eye for detail and produce a defect free product that the guest will enjoy

      Cons

      Not having enough time to carry out all the projects affectively.
