Not worth it - Anonymous employee Renaissance Senior Living Employee Review

I feel appreciated for the care i provide. My residents are the top priority here at the Renaissance.

There should be more locations in my region where I'm from.

I like where I work, because it is a quiet place, and have good co-workers. My relationship with residents and staff is wonderful. They always know me by my constant joy with everyone.

my job is to help in any way that the resident needs that my power (bathing, dressing, shaving, combing, giving medicine, scort to dinning room, etc.
