Love the fact that the entire company is fully remote can work from my home or during my travels without compromising the time I spent with my family. The communication with the team is awesome and everybody is very comfortable and collaborative

Renderator is a place where you can work hard, but have fun while you're doing it in a supportive/fast-paced environment that encourages and promotes career opportunities. There are several teams that work independently, but in the end, they all work on the same product. The people in the teams are supportive, not only within the same teams but also across the different teams. People are learning from each other on a daily basis and enhancing their skills and knowledge. The job was remote and more independent. Despite the remote nature of the job, the team that I worked with had some brilliant people and we got on very well. People from the company that lives in my city organize a beer night once every two months.

Sometimes socializing at work meant less productivity in online meetings.
