Pros
On my end the only pros I can think of is the new tool (which I learned on my own because they dont have any KTs about it).
Cons
I became part of the company as a senior staff, KT was done at first but not clear on some parts. Afterwards, they'll give you a ticket to handle then oppose your stated man days. During the pandemic, they wanted you to continue working on site (as if you have a car like them).
