Responsivity - can be slow from the team sometimes

Most colleagues are great, the working environment is decent.

The business model is terrible. Example: one year, there were several team events paid for by the company, and the next year you had to bring your own drinks to company events. Next to no benefits. Company creates content with no standardization protocols at all, they use information under copyright as if it were their own, and worst of it, they make a profit with this. Poor communications from the top down.
