Poor Management - Anonymous employee Renewal Employee Review

Management does not care about their staff. Staff is too complacent. Management is not proactive. They are reactive. They only make changes once something bad happens. The training is nonexistent. Once you mess up and get yelled at that's how you learn but then the rules keep changing. Counselors talk at the clients and try to get other staff members in trouble. Management just cares about making money not quality care. Female staff is asked to transport male criminals alone in the car. If a male staff member does transport a female resident (which is rare) they have another staff member with them to avoid sexual accusations.
