There’s so many cons at this job. Everyone in different departments are related in some way, so good luck having anyone take accountability for anything. Also, everyone is white. Anyone who is a person of color doesn’t really have a leadership role. Leadership of my department was really annoying. I was bullied by one senior and micromanaged by the other senior. You do the work of every single other department because they’re ALL RELATED and throw the work on our department. Good luck getting a raise for the extra work they make you do!
