Pros

-can work from home -coworkers are nice -weekly pay

Cons

-during training they will ask you to study, log into Microsoft teams and meet up with your coworkers to practice, go pick up your laptop, complete your new hire paperwork (I9) all OFF CLOCK. Sorry you don’t pay me enough for that and I can smell a lawsuit -constant harassing of customers. They make the leads look fresh but in reality everyone is getting the same leads over and over and you either get hung up on or screamed at by customers. -everyone needs to be soooo scripted -extremely micromanaged that they even track your time in the bathroom so I hope you never have to poop on the clock -they have a “strike” policy which is ridiculous. So quick to chop people -your first 75 min you’re not allowed to leave your desk.

Pros

Training is well executed - however not complete when you begin appointments. Leads provided. They feed you

Only a few reps are making money, and they continue to get the prime leads- creating a situation where you have no chance to ever make the monies mentioned in interview. How you get paid is not explained - lots of hoops to jump thru. Leads are inconsistent , 70% not qualified to purchase this very expensive product. Ownership does not understand the market .
