Worst job ever - Team lead canvasser Renewal by Andersen Employee Review

Was the team lead canvasser for Tulsa division did everything our supposed "director" was suppose to besides pay everybody. I literally did his salary job everyday every week for $15 an hour, the same pay as all the other canvassers. I made the maps I kept up with everybody through the day, took them where they needed to go, drove the vehicles, made sure they had water for these hot days everyday, did regular training with them every morning to prepare them for the day. I literally did his entire job except pay us. Most bull company I have ever worked for.
