Rba has wasted three weeks of my time training, which is a training but the trainer who is already one year from retirement is ruthless and even when you pass the assessment and all the tests and complete the homework on time and show up late after breaks that he gives out he will let you go from the class no matter how many chances he gives you he doesn’t care about you or about or the company in hiring million dollar reps from high paid companies like I have came from this is a franchise who is delusional and hiring sales reps and selling over price windows
Do not waste your time applying for this company and taking the time out of your day to go interview because half of the class we did pointless exercises that had nothing to do with window training and it just extended the training period for longer than it should’ve been And the trainer is racist and discriminative towards people.
