This is a door to door position that is not very stable. You have to meet high metrics to keep your job and if you fall short, you will be put on a pip and possibly terminated. They attract people with the higher base pay, but you will work for it. I would always tell people it is a good paying job, but keep your eye out for other positions just in case you get terminated for not meeting your metrics. I was one of the lucky ones who made it through and got promoted, but the stress of meeting the metrics and the instability of the job was what eventually caused me to leave.
