Pros
Good medical benefits, half days on Friday, good learning opportunities and opportunities to move roles. Really good management in certain manufacturing departments.
Cons
No great progression opportunities, and if there is an opportunity, favoritism is involved. Inexperienced micro-managers in some parts of the manufacturing division make it hard to work. Hours are strict, sometimes felt like I was at school, not much trust. Manufacturing Division not treated as well as Design Division.
