Renovata has a supportive leadership team that make you feel your efforts are valued and appreciated but this doesn’t stop at the top. Throughout the firm there is a culture of collaboration and all team members are encouraged to put their ideas forward. The ‘one team’ approach means that I can leverage the wealth of experience across all offices and people are actually happy to help, I haven’t always experienced this with other firms.
Renovata have a diverse team who all share a great work ethic and the more you put in the more you get out. There are lots of opportunities for personal growth, learning and skills development and as a result I’ve been able to take on more responsibility and shape an interesting and rewarding career for myself.
