Pros
Get to met new people every day, Some staff is nice, Feel like you're making a positive impact and being paid decent money for it compared to other entry level jobs, management works with your schedule immensely and are usually supportive. possibility of moving up the chain
Cons
Management usually aren't former transporters, lack complete understanding of what the job is like, many 'HIPAA regulations' don't make sense such as not taking patients through certain areas, some rules are introduced with no backing and make no sense, 'mandatory overtime', doesn't seem supportive of some opinions, lots of stuff left unexplained
