Pros
The culture at Renoworks is very supportive and authentic. One of it's core values is "work like a farmer", which people are sometimes confused by if they don't know any farmers or ranchers. But what it means is that we believe in helping each-other, being authentic, cultivating strong relationships and lending a hand without being asked - because we care and that's who we are. Work-life balance is great and the company encourages healthy lifestyle, fitness and adventure (if you're into that). If you have personal commitments and need to step out of the office from time to time then there's no problems (as long as you're an adult about it). There's lots of really experienced people to learn from. The technology is really unique and very interesting to work on. You get to help people visualize what their home will look like after a remodel or new home build. Management is also very engaged and always looking for innovative ways to improve the product. The CEO of Renoworks (Doug) is an amazing leader and he's very committed to making sure employees are happy and valued. Doug always has time for everyone on the team and treats people like valued peers instead of just employees.
Cons
I don't really have any cons about working at Renoworks. I genuinely really like working here.
