there's a lot of training before you start work but they expect you to do it on your own time.
Cons
training not paid. you have to use your own car and gas. the rentals were sketchy, the tenants were sketchy, and you only get paid if someone can pass a background check and actually sign a lease. they expect you to take photos, show the places and you don't get paid for that
