Pros
RentRedi has built a great team of caring, hard-working, and focused individuals. I can say honestly that this is "a Dream Team". I can't say enough about the individuals that I have the pleasure to work with day in and day out. They are truly remarkable in every way.
Cons
The only downside is that the team is all remote. Although this has allowed us to hire "the best", not just "the best in NY", we do miss enjoyment of working side by side in an office. We try to make up for it with virtual get-togethers. Painting is up next. Cooking with Nona (a grandma in Italy) was my favorite.
