It was a remote job.

Cons

Management is condescending and unhelpful. Questions posted in the chat meant to provide you with assistance go unacknowledged until customers are no longer on the phone. You are hired for one role, and then given several other unrelated responsibilities. You are not acknowledged or even shown gratitude for the additional work you take on. Rules and procedures change CONSTANTLY, and communication is poor.

Pros

Participated in cold-calling. Thought it may be terrible, but teaches you so many great people and communication skills and resiliency! Looks great on a resume.

Cons

Can be dull, but if it’s a short-term position, it’s easy to get over it.
