Pros
The work is always interesting, different and challenging - with flexibility and a great deal of autonomy about how you go about solving or addressing tasks or building new features. With the team being small the breadth of the work can be pretty wide, and you can get involved with everything if you want to. The team is friendly and supportive, and there's a good working atmosphere The product itself, some of the end users are right there in the office, so there's immediate feedback and getting to see what you're building actually in use. Building something with genuine value The desks in the basement / lower floor are some of the best desks I've ever seen, more like woodworking tables than desks
Cons
With it being a start up, can be unstructured sometimes as requirements can change at short notice, but thats the nature of the beast. Not really a con as such but something to be aware of
