- Poor management - Operates like a SME despite being a UK MNC - Toxic environment - Very high turnover - Throughout my career, this was the most terrible company I've worked for. After a few months, I resigned and found a better job

pay is low for amount of complaints and extra changes dealt with fast paced calles AI graded metrics, some mistakes by AI go unnoticed health insurance is horrible
