Pros

Flexibility, WFH, Equipment is provided.

Cons

They rely heavily on QA, though it is their services that are the primary driver of their growth. You're mostly scored on following a script, rather than satisfying the customer. You have a script to follow, almost robotic. Favoritism is noticeable. The pay is below average. Sick time will be taken if you have an internet outage you have no control over, thus losing out on sick time you'd actually need for appointments etc. (they will enter this in manually themselves, without your consent to use sick time)
