Pros

Snacks and drinks in a single passage pantry

Cons

Inconsistencies in recruitment. Preference for top notch schools with reputable cert but salary for an average graduate. Next moment, parachute one unknown source with inadequate certificate and qualification expecting the experienced staff to tolerate and guide in a micro management environment. Once management is challenged, no room for discussion, you are free to go. No team spirit and no positive encouragement when the management frequently belittle contribution and say the tasks are so simple.

Pros

Colleagues at the junior level are very friendly and supportive.

Cons

Work here at your own risk. Bad management at Singapore office. Director often use vulgarities and yelling at people. Turnover rate is high The kind of day-to-day questions asked by the management, clearly shows how poor his technical knowledge is, which in turn he tries to cover up by hiring more managers to assist. Resulting in a typical heavy top-down company structure, whereby the number of managers exceeds the junior staff. You are expected to come in office before working hours and expected to work over time while management leaves on the dot. If junior staff under him are leaving work on time, you will be questioned why. Even taking toilet breaks, you will be questioned why are you so free. I have also received a text from management why am I not working on public holidays. Management has also some racism hiring issue in the company, but the good thing is the HR team has been actively trying to resolve this.
