Pros

-Good commission structure -Company trips if you're doing well

Cons

-Directors who are weirdly obsessed about people who don't work there anymore, always talking about them negativity and making up stories to turn people against the ones who have left -You can't talk about issues or concerns, very much an if you don't like it then leave attitude -Some staff members allowed more holidays than others and unpaid leave -Limited flexibility in general, and proof required for appointments, very little trust in staff -Cameras fitted around the office that listen to you so you can't have private conversations -Very little holidays (28 with bank and public holidays) and week or so of closure in December comes out of this allowance as well -Staff told they won't be given references if they leave Glassdoor reviews (they only provide dates of employment anyway) -Passive aggressive and extremely inappropriate comments and behaviors from directors. I don't think this is a pleasant place to work (especially for women), very hostile environment and I wouldn't recommend to anyone -The director is a bully, and the replies on here not taking the reviews seriously speaks volumes -The company has such a bad reputation and I believe the directors and other managers are completely oblivious to this, and any glowing review has absolutely been written by management

Reperio Human Capital Response

While we generally avoid engaging with reviews that are clearly written with a personal agenda, this one - penned by someone who spent over three years with us stirring up conflict - deserves a firm rebuttal. Let’s start with the contradictions. It's fascinating that someone claiming we are “obsessed with ex-employees” continues to reach out to current staff, uninvited, despite being repeatedly asked to move on. Projection, perhaps? The claim about “cameras that listen to you” is a personal favourite - equal parts paranoid and imaginative. For the record, our CCTV is standard, like in any other professional setting. We’re a recruitment firm, not MI5. As for “you can’t talk about issues” - that may have felt true for someone who preferred to focus on office gossip, and food blogging rather than performance reviews or team collaboration. When feedback was given constructively and professionally, it was either ignored or met with hostility. So yes, there came a point where the message became: “if you don’t like it, maybe this isn’t the place for you.” That’s not a flaw - that’s clarity. The insinuation about holiday entitlement is also amusing. It’s disappointing (though not surprising) to see someone still bitter about not being invited on a company trip they weren’t eligible for. Perks are earned through performance, not tenure or tantrums. Staff who have received promotions, also have an increased leave allowance, it's another perk & incentive we offer. Staff are not permitted to take unpaid leave, despite what you seem to think. The suggestion that glowing reviews are fake is an easy dismissal tactic. Fortunately, those who actually worked hard, treated colleagues with respect, and didn’t rely on AI to scrape through professional qualifications (yes, we heard about that too) tend to have more positive things to say. To the person behind this: we are relieved to finally be free from your daily drama and toxic, manipulative behaviour. You created a negative atmosphere during your time here, despite multiple chances and warnings to improve. We hope - sincerely - that you find peace, perspective, and something better to do than relive your employment here through falsehoods and unsolicited contact with former colleagues. We’ve moved on. We suggest you do the same.
