      Friendly co-workers, good leave-time policy, can bring pets to work.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, the company does not plan well. Most of the energy is focused on dealing with the random crisis du jour, or obsessing about minutiae that do not add value for the company or its customers.

      Pros

      I genuinely enjoy going to work everyday.

      Cons

      I have to work a 2nd part time job at night to make ends meet. Technically, that is due to inflations and our current economy, not Replacements.
