Pros

- Strong compensation and benefits - A product that has lots of potential and that our users love - It has a very bright future

Cons

- On the greater Go-to-Market team, there has been an incredible amount of changes in the strategy, tactics, goals, and leadership. Before the summer of 2023, the environment was quite consistent and transparent - that is no longer the case - They did numerous leadership changes and hired people who are the complete opposites from their predecessors. The new leaders haven't taken the time to learn the team members and to align on philosophies and personalities - The have fired/laid off team members without proper communication. This is leading to an uncertain environment where you do not truly know where you stand. Anxiety is building. - There was a very warm and welcoming culture - that seems to be changing to one that is colder and more demanding in nature - Teams are becoming very siloed across the organization causing confusion - Personal growth and career progression is not clear - we have no idea how to get promoted or what warrants a promotion

Pros

Strong leadership in place. Great product-market fit in a fast-evolving market. Good culture - people are friendly and collaborative. Good momentum on product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Fully remote

Cons

Fully remote can be great, but it also makes it hard to build a strong culture. The company is actively addressing that with an annual weeklong offsite (in Cancun, Mexico), and quarterly budget to have a day off with your local Replicants, etc. but it's still hard. Light on the benefits and perks side, but that is expected with a Series B company focused on responsibly managing its cash.

Pros

Remote first company and CEO does AMA sessions.

Cons

Big finger pointing culture from leadership where no one wants to acknowledge the fact that the product sucks and our customers aren't happy. Replicant is in the little league playing tee ball thinking they can actually compete against the other vendors in that space who are in the MLB.
