Pros

Fully Remote Work: Offers the flexibility to work from anywhere, enhancing work-life balance. Build Day Initiatives: These are excellent opportunities for engineers to showcase their creativity and work on projects they are passionate about. Opportunity for Process Ownership: The lack of defined processes and documentation opens doors for individuals to establish these frameworks, providing a unique chance to shape the working environment. Great QA: The QA team is always on its toes, providing swift and reliable support whenever needed.

Cons

Non-Technical Leadership: Leaders often focus more on collecting survey results rather than directly addressing and solving technical challenges. Lack of Accountability in Product Team: There's a noticeable gap in accountability when it comes to the delivery of well-thought-out features. Engineers frequently find themselves in tough spots, trying to make the features work without adequate support.

Pros

Strong leadership in place. Great product-market fit in a fast-evolving market. Good culture - people are friendly and collaborative. Good momentum on product, engineering, marketing, and sales. Fully remote

Cons

Fully remote can be great, but it also makes it hard to build a strong culture. The company is actively addressing that with an annual weeklong offsite (in Cancun, Mexico), and quarterly budget to have a day off with your local Replicants, etc. but it's still hard. Light on the benefits and perks side, but that is expected with a Series B company focused on responsibly managing its cash.

Pros

Remote first company and CEO does AMA sessions.

Cons

Big finger pointing culture from leadership where no one wants to acknowledge the fact that the product sucks and our customers aren't happy. Replicant is in the little league playing tee ball thinking they can actually compete against the other vendors in that space who are in the MLB.
