      Amazing people, great culture, hard workers, very nice product to work on. Great communication with leaders, workations.

      Cons

      I don't think there are cons to working at Replika, the company has restructured and is very good internally and working towards making a change in the AI companion space. Has some legacy code being worked on

      Flexible work hours still like the encouraging vibes the endorsement of my out of the box creativity to create Cutting Edge Innovations for the entire industry that span across other Industries

      1. Fast growing start-up in one of the most interesting and promising domains out there. 2. Building a product that help millions of people feel better. 3. Zhenya Kuyda (CEO) is worth respect as she managed to pull the company through hard times and eventually make it profitable.

      Cons

      Still a small company so the salaries are not as high as in big tech.
