Worst Senior Management They will keep u on Probation for 1 year so that they can save ur all employee benefits from u and all ur leaves will be paid even if u met with an accident they will deduct salary as a paid leave on accident also ( Based on True Events) There is no gender equallity specially for males if u are joining in research team their whole research team is of female employees u will be side lined from day one there will be no communication with u worst company to do job with Their employee turnover ratio is worst as during my 1 year of span with them 6 employees left the organisation with same resaon of biasness and top management didnt give any response about it. Totally your life will be doomed if u join this organisation.
