Working at Repos Energy has honestly been a very special journey for me. I started out as a consultant and even back then I could feel the passion everyone carried for what they were building. It never felt like just another company, more like a group of people genuinely trying to change how the world fuels. After joining full time, that connection grew stronger. The energy here is real, people work hard, laugh harder and push each other to do better every single day. There’s a strong sense of belonging and freedom to take ownership of what you do. What I love most is how every small or big celebration here turns into a full-on dance fest. Whether it’s a birthday, work anniversary or festival, the entire office lights up with music and joy. It makes you feel part of one big family. It’s a young team that moves fast, thinks bold and actually gets things done. You see the results of your effort out there in the real world and that’s a feeling that’s hard to match.
