Reprise in Australia is very separate to the worldwide Reprise. From my understanding we're known as perhaps the strongest offshoot in the world. The culture and management are very straightforward, so it feels like there's minimal 'fluff'. There's a good amount of support and they are focused on retaining talent and developing employees' careers. The team is very diverse, from a variety of backgrounds. Everyone from the youngest to the most senior employees are supportive and great to have a drink with as well.
