      Love the company culture and work colleages are very open and friendly. Easy to feel integrated after a few weeks.

      Cons

      Some BU do not apply meritocracy as often as it would be necessary to renew the ranks.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
