      ZERO COMMUNICATION across departments. POLITICAL NO REAL SOPs in place; depends on the way the wind is blowing. Accounting departments have NO clue what they're doing.

      - Supportive & respectful colleagues. - Positive atmosphere throughout office. - Management team is understanding and they have a good balance with autonomy & also providing adequate support. - Diverse and inclusive.
