Pros

I love the people I work with, I look forward to coming to work and genuinely enjoy my days here. It’s my favorite place I have worked by far!

Cons

This is really my issue, not the company’s, but I wish my commute wasn’t as far. Having the ability to work from home a couple days a week really helps, though.

Pros

Travel benefits on American, United, Delta, jumpseat agreements with other carriers and ID travel on most other airlines including international carriers. Great starting experience and introduction to working in aviation.

Cons

Will hire just about anyone, were hiring by video interviews alone at one time, so quality of people varied. Notorious for base closures, got displaced at least 5 times due to base closures. All bases in Midwest and northeast. In the past most bases were in outstations and noncommutable. Low pay.
