Pros
Not really many pros; if you love to travel, you have many airlines you can jump seat on; even then it's hard to get on, you go to the bottom of the standby list.
Cons
This company is a subsidiary of Republic Airways... If you don't have any bills, or don't like food; or don't have a mortgage/rent payment, this job is right for you!! You make 15-20k..this is my 3rd year and I barely make 20k. Have fun sitting at the airport for hours on end, because when weather hits the fan, all hell breaks loose. Contract sucks, no cacellation pay. Honeslty, quite miserable experience ...Overall morale sucks.
