Pros
Flexibility of Work schedule once you obtain some seniority. You can work as much or as little as you want. You can trade your work days with other employees without disciplinary action.
Cons
You only get paid once the aircraft door is closed. You can work a 12 hour day and end up only getting paid for 6 or 7 of those hours.
