      Pros

      Pay, benefits, union, and the e175 is awesome. The new training center is exceptional too.

      Cons

      The bases are the worst ever unless you like the northeast. Long sits in between flights. Overnights are usually very short. Pick 2 of 3: 8 hours sleep, good meal, and a workout to keep your body healthy. All 3 is very very rare here.

      Typical depressing work environment. Right on par with classic corporate America. High expectations with normal midwest pay.
