Republic Bank has been an amazing employer. I literally have nothing bad to say about this place. All of the people and executives I have worked/interacted with have been awesome. Work/life balance is great! And the Bank is very supportive of the local community.

While not my personal experience, some employees have expressed disappointment or dissatisfaction with the health benefits. Compensation is fair but tends to be on the lower end of the market for some positions.
