Pros
At one point, this was the place to be. Great flexibility, teamwork, clarity, etc. Unfortunately, that all changed a few years back when the business priorities shifted massively, and many folks got completely left in the dust to fend for themselves if they were left on the dying side.
Cons
Quite literally forgetting about an entire group of employees... and then selling them to another company. ZERO opportunities for growth, unless you're a favorite. Failing to backfill any positions, and just adding to everyone's workload. Making folks do tasks they never asked for. HR not listening to individual contributors, but rather siding with the manager, resulting in a toxic environment where you are terrified to talk to HR about anything. No clarity on anything, ever. No direction either. Rather, constantly changing directions with no explanation. The favorites game was so clearly at play in everything. If you weren't a favorite, good luck.
