I don't know there are any pros to working here. A paycheck perhaps?
Cons
This is one of the craziest places I have ever worked and that's saying a lot. The owner manages by intimidation and name dropping and is not comfortable unless there is a huge amount of drama in the office at all times. A narcissist in the truest sense of the word. Think long and hard before accepting a position with this company.
