Pros

Pay is average. The job itself was a great fit and opportunity. This is a staffing company and are very involved during the interview process but are not around once employment starts.

Cons

Expensive benefits, no employee feedback/involvement. If you are an employee and you plan to leave do NOT put in your 2 weeks notice out of courtesy to Repucare. 4 employees, and myself were released the next day after providing notice. We were model employees who had exceptional attendance and went above and beyond our job description. I lost 2 weeks of pay and all of my earned PTO (50+ hours). My advice is use all your PTO and when you are ready to move on give an "effective immediately notice".

They have mostly the same rules as the company you will be placed at

Cons

RepuCare is a temp agency that the Children’s Bureau uses for the employees and you will be considered a contractor for the duration of your job

They had a lovely kitchen/coffee station at the main office, other than that, RUN!

Cons

If you want to be unfairly let go...work for Repucare!
