The pay is $45,000 and if you accept health insurance and 401K, it's not enough to survive, especially considering the current inflation and cost of living in Arizona. The turnover rate for the curation team is high and when one person leaves, others members on the team are left overwhelmed with little recognition. You can definitely get quick burnout with the same client load. The annual vacation time is also unrealistic and doesn't leave much time for a healthy work/life balance. For Town Hall days, we're expected to work an hour later without flexing our time.
