The staff and culture SEEMS and appears to be positive.
Cons
They SEVERELY lack compassion. My kids daycare was flooded because we had an EARTHQUAKE and the water pipe burst in her daycare so because I didn’t have backup child care they fired me for “poor attendance.” I LITERALLY only missed ONE day and provided proof and everything to my supervisor and was fired from missing ONE day........ONE. So if you’re a mother or parent don’t apply because God forbid you have to stay out a day with your kid for a legitimate, out of your control reason. They have extremely HIGH turnover during the tour I heard “but they left the company” MULTIPLE times should have been a red flag then. I also immediately started training for a position I did not apply for. I guess it’s great to be “well rounded” but that also speaks to people having to cover on other positions down due to high turnover. The building is very old, dated and depressing. Everyone starts as a temp to hire and you can very well be a temp to hire for 6 or more months which is a suspiciously long “probationary period.”
